We have developed a number of storytelling projects, focussing on involving children in fun, interactive sessions that both teach them about specific issues, and encourage confidence and creativity. Examples of our work in this field includes Do Elephants Live Upstairs? (part of a community event, with a focus on neighbourhood niceness), The Fisherman’s Friends (performed at the Scottish Fisheries Museum for Book Week 2014, looking at friendship), and Saturday Story Sessions (six storytelling sessions for children in Kirkcaldy, focussing on communication and positive interaction).
